Meditation has long been taught to the students of NKFA as a way to cultivate the mind and spirit. In today’s fast paced and impulse-based society, time spent in quiet meditation can do a world of good.
This relaxing and educational workshop will give attendees the atmosphere and encouragement needed in order to effectively de-clutter the mind and allow you to turn your attention inward without distraction, leaving you feeling more centered and calm. Attendees will learn meditation techniques they can develop at home.
Please dress in loose fitting, comfortable clothing. If you have meditation beads or a meditation cushion or just a pillow, you may bring either of those but it is not required.
