Student and child safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to the instructors at Niagara Kung Fu Academy. Minimal contact may occur between students during various supervised activities. By clicking Agree & Submit, the Parent agrees to the following: 1-The Parent acknowledges, understands, and agrees that even though martial arts for children are a safe physical activity occasional mild injuries are possible and do happen in rare instances as with any physical activity and that the Parent hereby assumes all risk of injury which may result from participating in martial arts and other physical activities. 2-The Parent hereby waives and releases any and all claims that he/she has or may have against Niagara Kung Fu Academy, its employees or agents for injury sustained by the student as a result of these physically activities. 3-The Parent acknowledges that he/she has carefully read the above terms and fully understands that is a release of liability of Niagara Kung Fu Academy and agrees that such a release is reasonable and proper based on the nature of Niagara Kung Fu Academy’s business. 4-The Parent hereby waives and releases Niagara Kung Fu Academy from any claims that she/he may have against Niagara Kung Fu Academy with respect to any loss of personal property in respect of facilities operated by Niagara Kung Fu Academy.
